Automatic rotary Trigger pump Capping Machine
1.Bottle feeding screw conveyor flexible bottle feeding The bottle feeding screw adopts profiling design and processing; Accurate bottle feeding, fast bottle feeding, gentle movement, no damage to the bottle; It is not easy to produce splashing liquid during bottle feeding, and it is not easy to produce splashing liquid. 2.The capping head adopts four claws to grasp the cap, which is stable and reliable. It can also grab a variety of cap types including pump caps. The capping wheel of the gun cap is made of wear-resistant polyurethane, which can effectively prevent the cap from being damaged during the capping process. Secondly, the capping head uses a permanent magnet clutch to accurately control the capping torque, and it can effectively prevent the cap from falling off when the capping wheel rotates. 3.The way of cap feeding is smooth cap feeding by air, and the debugging is simple and convenient for maintenance. 4.All transmissions are equipped with a clutch mechanism, which will automatically clutch and stop the machine to give an alarm when there is a bottle jam on the in-out bottle star wheel or the torque of the main shaft is overloaded. 5.The bottle output side has a double conveyor belt structure and is equipped with an intelligent detection device. The qualified bottles are conveyed normally, and the unqualified (no cap, no inner tube, crooked cap) bottles are automatically diverted to another conveyor belt by using the swing cylinder. When the bottle is blocked in the back of the capping machine, it will automatically pause, and the equipment will resume automatic operation after the bottle is blocked. 6.The bottle output side has a double conveyor belt structure and is equipped with an intelligent detection device. The lid error is greater than 3mm and can be detected by photoelectricity. The qualified bottle is normally conveyed, and the unqualified (no cap, no inner tube) bottle is automatically shunted to another conveyer by using the swing cylinder. The pass rate after strip removal is 99.50%. When the bottle is blocked in the back of the capping machine, it will automatically pause, and the equipment will resume automatic operation after the bottle blocking situation recovers.

1: Cap-feeding by servo motor drived chain
servo capper adopts servo motor for cap-feeding chain, which not only reducing noise, but also avoid cap-stuck.
2: Bottle feeding by profiled screw rod
The screw drive follows the main drive, whoes angle can be set via touch screen to make it match with the starwheel. There is a sensor at the bottle-in screw, no bottle, no capping and alarm when bottle-stuck.
3: Cap-dividing
The cap divider is customized by the cap shape and different diameters would require changeover, but only the parts contacting cap needs to be changed.
4: Servo capping
Each capping head is controlled by one servo motor. Closed loop control by the servo motor and program throughout the capping process. Capping torque change control via HMI.
