Anti-corrosion filling machine
This gravity type filling machine is special made for filling corrosive liquid such as bleach, sulphuric acid, 84 disinfectant, gel water, toilet cleaner etc. The filling volume is controlled by filling time, with weight feedback of each filling nozzle to PLC to assure good filling accuracy. All product contact parts is made with strong plastic material to avoid corrosion.

Machine Description :
This machine is used for the automatic low viscosity liquid filling in 50ml-5000ml,Changing into different models without tools. Easy cleaning, water can be directly used for machine cleaning.
The machine is a full corrosion-protecting high-tech filler integrating in the PLC program control, photo electricity transuding and pneumatic.
The machine is specially used in the liquid filling of strongly corrosion liquid and cosmetics which can’t touch the metal. The equipment’s all parts touching liquid are manufactured with the non-metallic corrosion protection material, and designed the descending filling function. Measurement accurate, there is not bubble and drool as filling.
Suitable For The Liquids :
bleach /toilet cleaner / acid /flash /chlorine /clorox,bleaching、sulphuric acid、84 disinfectant, gelwater, strong acid liquid fertilizer,can suits for packing of all kinds of bottle shape and irregular bottle.
